What we are looking for
Experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
2+ years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a premium à la carte workplace
Passion for quality produce, local ingredients, and creative presentation
Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Well-presented and punctual
