Vitalis Healthcare at Home is inviting experienced Registered Nurses to join our Hospital in the Home (HITH) division on a full time basis.
You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes across Greater Sydney, with a schedule running 7am–3pm, seven days a week.
We're seeking nurses with Critical Care or General Surgery experience, at least 3 years post-graduate, and current AHPRA Division 1 registration.
A supportive team and patient-centered care await you.
