The Role:
We're looking for experienced professionals to join our innovative technology and product teams across
Engineering, Product and Design

You'll work on meaningful problems, build and improve technology and products used at scale, and play an important role in shaping the future of the swipejobs platform in a supportive, collaborative setting.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, improve and deliver products, features and technology across the swipejobs platform
Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design and business teams to solve complex problems
Help shape product direction, technical solutions and user experiences
Identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, reliability and overall customer experience
Research and apply emerging technologies, tools and best practices to keep our platform ahead of the curve




What We're Looking For:
Commercial experience in Engineering, Product, Design or a related technology role
Strong technical, product, design or problem-solving skills relevant to your area of expertise
Experience working on digital products, platforms or technology in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
Interest in innovation, emerging technology and solving real-world problems
