KitchenhandMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environmentWashing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipmentAssisting with basic food preparation and ingredient preparationReceiving, storing, and rotating stock in line with food safety requirementsEnsuring kitchen and back-of-house areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standardsSupporting the kitchen team during busy service periodsFollowing food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety proceduresContributing to a positive team culture and efficient kitchen operationCookPreparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standardsMonitoring food quality, portion control,
