As we continue to grow and innovate, we offer a dynamic environment for anyone who values creativity, collaboration, and making a real impact.Ventair is currently offering a full time position in the Queensland Warehouse for a Warehouse Assistant, which will include a variety of warehouse related roles and provides a safe and fair working environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Warehouse Manager and follow daily operational directionsAccurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely mannerCheck orders for accuracy and ensure goods are securely packed for deliveryCheck stock levels and replenish stock as requiredCoordinate with and assist couriersProcess warehouse orders and transactions in the databasePrepare freight orders ready for picking and dispatchReport stock shortages, discrepancies and anomaliesReport damaged stock,
equipment faults or failures to the Warehouse ManagerTo be successful you will need:Current Forklift licence preferred but not necessaryPrevious warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to detail and solid organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive, can-do attitude with strong team-building and motivational skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.computer skills are essentialExperience in the electrical, ventilation, or building products industry is advantageous but not essential.Enjoy a genuine company culture of continuous improvement and growthContribute to a supportive and dynamic team, with a good sense of workplace fun!
