Description Summary With a robust pipeline of current and upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Crew Leader to manage a team on our Multinet Gas contract.
Within this role you will ensure work is completed to Service Stream, client and legislative requirements, leading behaviors towards continuous improvement and strong supervision practices.
About the Role Liaising closely with the Area Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Supervising various sized teams and mechanical equipment and maintaining team discipline Induction training and development of personnel including appraisals of Team Members Training Team Members in safety, work practices and job procedures Dealing with field and administrative problems while negotiating solutions Planning and organising the work of teams under their control including scheduling Utilising various mains and services work requirements Ensuring that the Service Stream administrative and policy aspects are carried out within various legislative requirements Assisting in the development and training of all relevant work improvements Contributing broadly
