About the role: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll manage and grow the independent retail channel across Victoria, including regional areas.
Your customers are sole traders and family-owned boutique and gift stores, the businesses that bring the brand to life in their local communities.
You'll build strong relationships with your stockists, lift in-store presentation and visual standards, and identify the right new doors to grow the brand's presence.
You'll spend about three days a week on the road with regular regional travel.
This role suits someone who loves being out in market, takes pride in how a brand is presented, and wants to make a real impact on the channel.
Skills and experience required: Field sales experience managing independent retail accounts, ideally in gift, toy, homewares, lifestyle,
