We're looking for an experienced Payroll Services Manager to lead our payroll function across KONE Australia and New Zealand (KANZ).
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services across KANZ.
This person will lead and develop our payroll team, strengthen payroll governance and controls, manage complex payroll matters and drive improvements to our systems,



processes and overall service delivery.
What will you be doing?
Lead end-to-end payroll delivery across Australia and Recent Zealand, ensuring accurate and timely pay, strong reconciliations, data integrity and effective payroll controls.
Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team, creating clear accountability, strong service standards and effective management of complex payroll issues and escalations.
Own payroll compliance, governance and risk, ensuring legislative and regulatory requirements are met, audits are effectively managed and robust controls are maintained across the payroll lifecycle.
Drive payroll transformation and continuous improvement, leveraging technology, automation and data while partnering with People
