Due to recent changes in the business they are now looking to hire an Operations manager / Site manager for one or their key Australian locations in Western Sydney.
The role is responsible for leading and optimising the end-to-end operations of two manufacturing sites.
This role is accountable for delivering operational excellence across safety, quality, cost, productivity, people leadership, and continuous improvement.
The Operations Manager will drive business performance through effective leadership of site teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, maintaining robust union relationships, and ensuring manufacturing operations are aligned with organisational objectives.
