Job Description Develop and maintain cloud-based identity and access management solutions that enable secure access to business systems.
Configure identity controls, user access and authentication settings in line with agreed technical requirements.
Investigate access issues and resolve identity-related incidents to reduce disruption for users.
Review access configurations and identify practical improvements to strengthen system security.
Work with technology stakeholders to understand access needs and translate them into workable technical solutions.
Document identity and access configurations, changes and operating procedures for explicit ongoing reference.
Test identity and access changes before release to support reliable system access.
