Your Next Opportunity
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping our pallet manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Whether you're trade-qualified or bring extensive mechanical experience and aptitude, you'll enjoy a hands-on role maintaining and improving a wide range of production equipment, including saws, conveyors, forklifts, nail guns, and automated machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults quickly and effectively
Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance
Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment remains safe, functional, and efficient
About You
What You'll Bring
Strong mechanical maintenance and repair experience, within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively




Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to workplace safety and secure work practices
Highly Desirable
Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner or equivalent mechanical trade
Previous experience working with timber or pallet manufacturing equipment, particularly Viking or Cape pallet machinery,
