About the Role
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will support elderly residents to maintain their wellbeing, dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care within residential aged care facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:




Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care teams
Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff
Delivering protected, compassionate and person-centred care
About You To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 6 months recent experience as an AIN, PCA or Care Worker in aged care
Current National Police Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
