Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer to join the People and Culture team on a temporary full time basis. The role focuses on analysing risk, OHS and compliance data, and translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.

You will develop policies and frameworks, maintain risk registers and reporting, and collaborate with managers across the organisation to strengthen compliance and drive continuous improvement.
