Gardener / Grounds man - Commercial Garden Maintenance - Immediate Start, Long-Term Role

Immediate start for an experienced gardener to join a growing commercial garden maintenance crew. $34-$35/hr + super, Mon-Fri, based out of our Bibra Lake yard. Genuine long-term opportunity, with real room to grow as the business expands.

About the Business

West Coast Lawns & Garden Maintenance looks after the lawns and gardens of commercial and industrial properties across Perth, working directly with property managers and businesses to keep their sites looking sharp all year round. We're based out of a yard in Bibra Lake, with our work taking us right across the Perth metro area. We've built our name on reliability and doing the job properly, and off the back of that we're growing fast, which means steady, long-term work for the right person, not just a short-term fill-in.

About the Role

This is hands-on commercial garden maintenance, a different game to mowing a few backyards. You'll work across a set rotation of commercial and industrial properties, think office parks, industrial estates and strata complexes, as part of a small, organized crew running a scheduled run of sites each week. Expect variety day to day: mowing and edging turf, pruning and hedging, weed control, reticulation checks and basic repairs, and keeping sites presenting well, all while representing West Coast Lawns professionally on client sites.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, early starts around 6:30am

- Casual to start, with a genuine opportunity to move to full-time for the right person

- $34-$35 per hour, plus superannuation





- Based out of our yard in Bibra Lake, working a set run of commercial and strata properties right across Perth

Key Responsibilities

Mowing, edging and whipper snipping of turf areas

Hedging, trimming and general garden bed maintenance

Weeding and weed spraying

Blowing down of hardstand areas and general site clean up

Reticulation testing and basic repairs

Mulching and garden bed upkeep

Representing West Coast Lawns professionally while out on client sites

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or lawn maintenance

Reticulation experience highly regarded, but not essential

Current manual driver's license, essential

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a small team

Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather

Good attitude and pride in doing the job properly
