Boasting 6 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

endota In Spa Trainers and Assistant Spa Managers are passionate about leading and developing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

As the dual In Spa Trainer and Assistant Spa manager at endota, you are responsible for:

- Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services on clients.
- Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs.
- Delivering training on the endota spa service sequences, methods and product knowledge to the broader spa team.
- Ensuring endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements.

Your Skills & Experience

- You must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
- You are a confident trainer with previous training experience a team of therapists.
- You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.




- You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
