What you'll own

- Every inbound enquiry by phone, email and web, handled within our service standards

- Warranty claims from first contact to resolution, working with our technical team

- Order, delivery and dispatch updates, so customers never have to chase you

- Spare parts, repairs, replacements and returns,



logged cleanly in HubSpot and NetSuite

- Flagging recurring problems so we fix the cause, and turning well-handled issues into reviews

The challenge: you are the voice of the brand after the sale. When something goes wrong, customers remember how you handled it, not what broke.

You'll fit if you

- Have 2+ years in customer service, after-sales, warranty or a service desk

- Stay calm with frustrated people and follow through without being chased

- Write clearly and correctly, because most of this job is written

- Can keep dozens of open issues moving without dropping one

- Are confident with CRMs, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

Highly regarded: warranty or technical product experience, a background in equipment, trades or automotive, HubSpot or NetSuite, a passion for fitness, and a sense of humour.

On-site at Upper Coomera, Monday to Friday. Australian work rights required.
