Merimbula RSL Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where you'll deliver exceptional service to our valued members and guests. Based in Merimbula, NSW 2548.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and commitment to compliance
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (training provided if necessary)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts,
including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Prior bar or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification or willingness to obtain one
