About the role

ARC is looking for reliable, fit laborers to join the team. A variety of casual roles are available throughout the week, both casual and ongoing casual, with weekend jobs becoming more common as the event season approaches.

Key responsibilities

- Events work: Setting up marquees, seating, flooring, barriers at various sites and stadiums around Adelaide and surrounding suburbs
- Relocation work: Removalist type work around the CBD or inner suburbs
- Warehouse work: Container unloading, pick, pack, kitting and assembly work at locations outside the CBD, most accessible by public transport

About you

- Excellent communication skills with a positive level of speaking, reading and writing English
- Good level of fitness; bending, lifting, pulling,



walking and standing on your feet for prolonged periods of time is part of the job
- A proven history with punctuality and reliability
- General labouring skills, use of power tools advantageous
- Must wear High Viz top (orange or yellow), steel cap shoes or boots, gloves when working in events, black or navy-blue work pants
- White cards are beneficial and give more opportunities, but not mandatory
- Own reliable transport highly desirable
- Working with Children card a bonus
