As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for reliable Pickers/Packers to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent casual work with regular weekday hours, while being part of a team that plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Picker / Packer Responsibilities:

- Picking and packing beverage orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners
- Repetitive handling of beverage cases weighing 8kg to 12kg
- Handling alcohol products as part of daily picking duties
- Preparing and staging orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following processes to ensure quality, accuracy and KPI targets are met
- Identifying and reporting damaged stock or discrepancies




- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

You’ll Bring:

- A valuable level of physical fitness and the ability to repetitively lift cases of 8kg to 20kg throughout the shift
- Comfortable handling alcohol products
- Experience using RF scanners
- A strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work to KPIs
- A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and correct manual handling practices
- Full availability Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, through until March 2027
