We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a busy civil construction team working on drainage projects across South East Melbourne.
You will be operating a 20-tonne excavator, completing trenching and excavation works for stormwater, sewer and concrete drainage installations. Experience working with drainage levels, setting up lasers and using GPS equipment is highly regarded.
The role involves working across multiple sites, so reliable transport is essential.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating a 20-tonne excavator on civil construction projects.
- Strong background in stormwater drainage and civil drainage works.
- Experience digging trenches for stormwater and sewer pipes.
- Understanding of drainage levels and the ability to work accurately to levels.
- Experience setting up and using lasers.
- GPS experience highly regarded.
- Reliable transport and the ability to travel between sites.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
