About the Business

RemBind is a market-leading global remediation technology business specialising in PFAS immobilisation and contaminant stabilisation. Our products are deployed on full-scale remediation projects across Australia, North America, Europe, the UK and New Zealand.

We have grown significantly over the past two years. Production volumes, project mobilisations and international distribution have all increased, and we are scaling our supply chain, systems and operational capability to match. We now need a sharp, organised Logistics and Operations Assistant to support the team.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on support across RemBind's logistics, inventory, order fulfilment and day-to-day operations. You will work directly with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics Manager and broader team to keep product, raw materials and equipment moving on time, on spec and fully documented.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be highly organised, accurate with data, confident using Microsoft Dynamics and capable of managing a high volume of transactional work without compromising quality or compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the coordination of domestic and international shipments of RemBind products, raw materials and equipment

- Prepare and process freight bookings, transport schedules and carrier instructions across road, sea and air

- Track consignments from dispatch to delivery and escalate delays, damage or discrepancies

- Prepare and check shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery dockets and certificates of conformance

- Support customs and import/export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers, including INCOTERMS requirements

- Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to site in line with project mobilisation schedules

- Receive, process and track customer, distributor and internal orders through to confirmed delivery

- Assist with inventory records, stock counts, variance reconciliation and goods inwards processes





- Enter and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, goods receipts, shipments and master data in Microsoft Dynamics

- Support the ongoing rollout and improvement of Dynamics processes as RemBind and the EDCORP Group standardise systems

- Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders and support production planning through scheduling of raw material deliveries and dispatch

- Maintain complete and auditable records for all logistics, inventory and order activity

- Comply with all health, safety and environmental requirements in warehouse, production and site environments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics support, supply chain or freight coordination role

- Demonstrated experience in an operations support or operations administration role in a production, distribution or project-driven business

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance and Supply Chain) for order processing, inventory and purchasing. Equivalent ERP experience will be considered

- Working knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs processes and INCOTERMS

- Robust inventory control and order fulfilment background

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills

- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline

- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

- Current Australian driver's licence

Desirable

- Experience in environmental remediation, civil construction, mining or specialty chemicals

- Exposure to ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

- Certificate III or IV in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or a related discipline

- Forklift licence (LF)
