We are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to effectively coordinate teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical works across civil construction and dewatering projects.

- Provide ad-hoc support to Perth Metro operations, including solar energy installations and associated electrical works.

- Ensure all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications, schedules and statutory requirements.

- Conduct pre-start safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant HSE standards, quality procedures and regulations.

- Oversee the installation of electrical equipment, instrumentation and associated components.

- Supervise cable installations and terminations, including cable trays, ladders, conduits and cable jointing.

- Coordinate electrical works associated with abstraction and injection bores, including installation, testing and commissioning.





- Oversee HV/LV electrical installations, wiring, testing and commissioning, including telemetry and communications systems.

- Coordinate electrical works associated with office setups and facilities maintenance.

- Oversee electrical testing and compliance activities, including testing and tagging, RCD injection testing, earthing systems and statutory testing.

ABOUT YOU:

- Current WA Grade A Electrical Licence.

- Construction White Card and valid Australian Driver's Licence.

- Current CPR/LVR certification (completed within the last 12 months).

- Previous experience in electrical supervision within civil construction projects.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics and prepare work packs.

- Experience preparing and submitting electrical notices through the EnergySafety eNotice system.

- Experience with solar energy systems and battery storage installations will be highly regarded.

- Robust communication, leadership and organisational skills.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to assist with hands-on site activities as required.

- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
