Open Thursday to Sunday, we showcase the best of local wine, cocktails, craft beer, and fresh regional produce in a sophisticated, relaxed setting.
About the role:
- We are seeking a Confident and Professional Waiter/Food and Beverage Attendant who knows how to deliver high-end, friendly, and seamless service with a solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine and craft beer.
Responsibilities Include :
- Prepare and maintain room and table settings to a high standard
- Direct and manage service within a section to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Ensure a sound knowledge of menu items in particular, ingredients, cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- Understand cocktail and wine lists with an ability to make food and wine pairings
- Work with team members ensuring high availability and a subtle presence to our diners
Essential skills required:
- Previous experience in delivering high end table service in a Hatted or Michelin restaurant is preferred
- An ability to produce classic and contemporary cocktails with a sound knowledge of wine and craft beer
