Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and expert advice on water filtration products and health solutions
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions to customers
- Explain products with technical aptitude and confidence
- No cold calls required
About you
- Warm, friendly manner with excellent communication skills
- Valuable computer skills and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in health and wellbeing
- At least 3 years' sales or customer service experience (water filtration or health industry experience an advantage)
- Good technical aptitude and confidence explaining products and recommending suitable solutions
- Customer-focused, proactive and practical, with strong problem-solving skills
