The opportunity
Enjoy keeping things organised and making sure the right parts get to the right place, on time?
We’re looking for two people to join our Logistics team: a Logistics Coordinator and a Logistics Team Member. You’ll help keep materials and precision components moving through our business and out to customers in the aerospace and Defence industries.
Both are permanent full-time positions combining practical work with computer-based administration, with a different focus:
- Logistics Coordinator: Approximately 60% desk based, organising couriers and freight, managing documentation and coordinating daily priorities for a small team. You’ll also work alongside the team to help receive, pack and dispatch goods.
- Logistics Team Member: Approximately 60% floor based, receiving, checking, packing and dispatching goods. The remaining time involves updating records, processing goods movements and preparing dispatch documentation.
You’ll join a small, experienced, supportive team where care, accuracy and a willingness to pitch in are valued.
Monday–Friday day shift: 7:30 am–4:00 pm, or as otherwise agreed

If you're looking for secure work with a company that values quality, teamwork and people, we'd love to hear from you.
Click Apply and submit your resume along with a short cover letter. We're far more interested in the person behind the application than a perfect resume, so tell us a little about yourself, your experience and why you'd like to join AW Bell.
Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
Applications close on 26 November 2026. Strictly no agencies, please.
We encourage women to apply. Research shows that women are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet every requirement.
