About the role
As a Production Operator, you will play an key role in the manufacture and packaging of premium dairy and nutritional products. Operating a range of processing and packaging equipment, including Tetra Pak machines, and supporting the commissioning and future operation of our new pouch production line, you will help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This hands-on role involves monitoring equipment performance, completing routine checks, maintaining accurate production records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help deliver high-quality products to customers both locally and globally.





Your responsibilities will include

· Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment to achieve production targets.

· Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with quality, food safety, workplace safety, and company compliance requirements.

· Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate production and quality records.

· Perform routine equipment checks, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting activities.

· Identify and report equipment, quality, safety, or compliance issues in a timely manner.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

About you

· Willingness to work shifts in a manufacturing environment.

· Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role, with aseptic or filling machine experience highly regarded.

· Tetra Pak equipment experiences advantageous, but not essential.

· Strong commitment to quality, safety, and following procedures.

· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
