AGENCY JOB: Part Time Wanted Nanny Graceville Looking forPart - Time Nanny Graceville Start Date: Commencing 2026, transitioning to full-time from January 2027 Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm or split shifts Rate: $35 - $40/hour + super About the Family We are delighted to be representing a warm and welcoming family who are looking for a caring, responsible and engaging nanny to become a trusted part of their family. The family has two young boys (9 months and 3 years) and is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and will build a strong, meaningful relationship with them. They are looking for a nanny who is warm and playful, enjoys getting involved in the boys' day-to-day activities and, most importantly, is someone the boys will genuinely look forward to spending time with. Safety is particularly important to the family. They are looking for someone who is proactive and attentive, with a strong understanding of road safety, choking prevention, water and pool safety and appropriate supervision. Mum will be returning to work in January 2027, so the family would ideally love their nanny to commence earlier this year on a part-time basis. This will allow the boys to gradually get to know their nanny, build trust and become comfortable with their new routine while Mum is still at home, before transitioning into the full time arrangement in January. The nanny will primarily be looking after the youngest boy, whilst the older boy is attends kindy during the days.



The Role There are two options available for the right nanny to choose from. Full Time Role 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday OR Part – Time Role Morning: 7:30am – 9:00am Afternoon: 2:30pm – 5:30pm Across the four days. The family are flexible with the split shifts if some days only have a morning or afternoon shift. The Ideal Nanny Warm, nurturing and genuinely enjoys children Engaging, playful and able to build a strong connection with the boys Responsible, reliable and proactive Highly attentive to safety and supervision Confident implementing safe practices around roads, meals, choking and water/pool environments Professional and respectful Looking to become a consistent and trusted part of the family's lives To be considered for this position, you will need: 2+ years of professional nanny experience To be 18 years or older Current First Aid and CPR certificates A current National Police Certificate A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card, as applicable 2 professional referees from previous employment A genuine passion for providing safe, nurturing and engaging care Note: A driver's licence is not required for this position.
