This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.In this role you conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations,assistthe Practice Manager with rostering,recruitmentand managing treatment room staff performance.Key responsibilities- A Treatment Room Team Leader manages the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room andassistsHealth Care Professionals- They conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPsincluding;pathology collection, vaccinations,monitoringof ECG, wound dressings, change of linen,cleanand sterilise equipment- The Treatment Room Team Leader will build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments- They Triage patients andassistHCPs in procedures- The Treatment Room Team Leader willassistPM with rostering,recruitmentand managing treatment room staff performance.- They Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
