An established national business is seeking a driven Business Manager to lead one of its operations in Mount Gambier, South Australia.

Combining the stability and resources of a larger organisation with the autonomy to make a genuine impact at a local level, this is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and driving results.

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can inspire a team, strengthen customer relationships and become a recognised presence in the local community.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Taking ownership of business performance, profitability and growth.
- Driving sales, customer engagement and new business development.
- Leading, coaching and developing a small team.
- Building strong relationships with local customers, businesses and the wider community.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and strengthen the business's local presence.
- Maintaining high operational standards and delivering excellent customer service.

About you:

- Proven experience in business management, branch management or operational leadership.
- A background in trade wholesale, building supplies, construction products or a related industry would be highly regarded,



but is not essential.
- A confident, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a team.
- Naturally personable, with a genuine ability to build relationships and connect with people.
- Commercially astute, proactive and motivated by business development and growth.
- Someone who enjoys being involved in the local community and building a robust network.
- Comfortable making decisions, taking accountability and treating the business like their own.
