You can build a dedicated adult caseload, remain completely paediatric, depending on your experience and clinical interests.

Prefer Paediatrics?
You'll work with children and families across areas including:

- Autism and ADHD
- Developmental delay
- Sensory processing
- Fine and gross motor development
- Emotional regulation
- Self-care and daily living
- School participation
- Functional assessments and intervention

Prefer Adults?
The practice is expanding its adult services and is looking for an OT who can help meet growing community demand.

You'll have the opportunity to develop an adult-focused clinic/community caseload and work with greater autonomy.

You'll also have a large administration team handling the operational side of the practice, helping you spend more of your working week focused on clinical work.

The team regularly gets together for lunch, has fortnightly "Food for Thought" peer mentoring sessions, and organises social events throughout the year.
There's a collaborative feel across disciplines, approachable leadership and an average staff tenure of approximately five years.

Supervision is provided,



and clinicians are encouraged to continue developing their clinical skills rather than being left to work everything out themselves.

Who They're Looking

For Paediatric OT: They're open to clinicians at different experience levels, including more junior OTs who already have some paediatric experience and want to continue developing.

Adult OT: You'll need to be a confident clinician who can work autonomously within a clinic/community setting and manage your own adult caseload.

Requirements

- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant screening checks or willingness to obtain
- Australian working rights
