The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum General Medicine SRMO (PGY3+) for ward-based work in the Hunter New England region.
This role suits a doctor who wants locum work with a predictable weekday roster and no night shifts, so family and life outside work keep their place.
Shifts are paid at $160 per hour.

Clinical Environment
- A collaborative general medicine team with clear roles
- Acute and chronic medical inpatients across the ward
- Ward rounds, discharge summaries, consults and handovers
- Structured escalation protocols with senior support close by

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- PGY3+ with recent general medicine experience
- Clear communication and sound clinical documentation
- Ability to work safely within scope and escalate when needed
