Unite Resourcing is building a team of top-tier HC and MC Truck Drivers for long-term FIFO work on major mine sites across the Goldfields and Pilbara. We hold our people to a high standard, and in return we look after them better than anyone else in the industry.
What's on offer

- $65.00 per hour on day shift
- $74.75 per hour on night shift
- 12-hour shifts on a 2:1 roster: around $10,900 per swing on days and up to $12,500 per swing on nights
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off: a full week at home every swing
- Long-term work across multiple sites, so you're not chasing the next job
- Flights from Perth and camp accommodation provided

What the job involves
- Operating HC and MC combinations on mine sites and haul roads
- Hauling ore,



materials and equipment safely, efficiently and on schedule
- Thorough pre-starts and defect reporting
- Following site traffic management plans, radio protocols and safety procedures
- Working as part of a tight crew in a zero-harm environment

What we expect from the best
- A current HC or MC licence
- Proven experience driving on mine sites or in civil or heavy haulage
- A clean safety record and a skilled attitude on and off site
- Reliability: you turn up, every shift, every swing
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Full Australian work rights

Highly regarded
- Side tipper, road train or tanker experience
- Current mine site inductions (Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG or Goldfields operators)
- Standard 11 / MARCSTA, first aid and night shift experience
