The Opportunity:
Leading an outsourced contract providing integrated FM services, you will manage a corporate portfolio across various interstate city locations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of all contractual obligations and ensuring customer relationships are maintained and enhanced
- Leading a team across multiple sites to ensure the successful delivery of operations encapsulating hard and soft services
- Driving business performance through customer-centricity outcomes and a results-focused culture
- Ensuring P&L; and savings targets are delivered
- Leading the strategic development of proposal strategies, solutions and innovative initiatives
- Mentoring and developing team members to their full potential
- Fostering a culture of compliance and safety for all team members and vendors.

Your skills/background will include:
- You will demonstrate solid knowledge and enjoy managing multi-site integrated facilities management contracts
- Mobilisation or transitioning of IFM contracts through to a steady-state
- Expert knowledge in facilities management packages, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office to track performance and profitability
- Refined people leadership skills, particularly across multiple regions and dedication to develop and mentor
- A passion and energy to ensure commitment to delivery at a high level and build long-lasting customer relationships
