What will you be doing? As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an important role in creating a great first impression and helping our office run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly smile
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Coordinating diaries and appointments
- Maintaining databases and preparing documentation
- Assisting with office activities, functions and events
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with banking, filing and general office administration





What are we looking for?

We are more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than years of experience! You will ideally be someone who is:

- Friendly and approachable – you enjoy meeting and helping people
- Qualified and confident – you communicate well and take pride in your work
- Organised and reliable – you can juggle different tasks and stay on top of things
- Proactive and eager to learn – you are happy to take initiative and get involved
- A team player – you bring a positive attitude and enjoy working with others

You will need to be comfortable working with minimal supervision, but you will also be part of a supportive team where you can learn and grow.
