Our Client is a long-standing multi-disciplinary builder based in the inner Eastern suburbs. They have been in operation for over 20 years delivering projects across all major market sectors to $150M in value. An ongoing focus on quality and health & safety systems means they have created a new role within the business for a Quality Assurance & OHS Coordinator/Adviser.
The role will work closely with the Health & Safety Manager and sit across the entire project portfolio. It will be a dual focused role designed to improve quality management/assurance and health & safety. On the quality side, it will be heavily focused on the ongoing integration of Visibuild. On the health & safety side,
it will focus on auditing and compliance as well as driving a safety-first culture across the business.
To be considered formal tertiary qualifications in health & safety will be required (Minimum Cert III, ideally Diploma qualified). Previous commercial construction experience will be viewed incredibly favourably but isn't necessarily compulsory.
