About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Concession Manager to join a fashion retailer in Mackay on a permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee three concession areas spanning menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, taking ownership of stock management, visual merchandising, customer experience and sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional who enjoys leading by example,



managing multiple areas and maintaining high presentation standards in a busy retail environment.

Skills and Experience

- Proven retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills
- Ability to drive sales and manage stock levels
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple areas
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
