A well-established Perth accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead their client engagements and team. This is a senior, client-facing role with exposure to complex client portfolios across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, overseeing workflow and ensuring quality and compliance

- Provide strategic tax and business advice including income tax planning, CGT, Div 7A loans, FBT, trust and partnership distributions, business structuring, cash flow management, and succession planning

- Act as a primary client contact for high-value clients, liaising with external advisors as required

- Drive process improvements and technical guidance within the team

- Stay up-to-date with taxation, superannuation, and accounting standards,



ensuring the team and clients are informed

About You

- CA qualified, with 2+ years’ experience at Manager level in public practice

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and reviewing staff

- Strong communicator, able to deliver complex financial advice to clients

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple client portfolios and deadlines

- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
