About us:
Seacret Glow is a new Korean beauty retailer bringing high-quality, trending K-beauty skincare and makeup to Coffs Harbour and online. We’re passionate about helping our customers discover products that make them look and feel their best, through great service and expert product advice.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of Seacret Glow, a brand-new Korean beauty store at Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour. This is a rare opportunity to build a store from the ground up, from setting up the team to welcoming our very first customers. You’ll bring the latest K-beauty skincare and makeup trends to the Mid North Coast, both in store and online.

Please note: this role requires availability on weekends and peak periods.
Store opening: Dec, 2026

Key responsibilities:

Sales & growth

- Drive store sales and achieve targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution

- Recommend and sell our full range of products with confidence

- Work with the owner on promotions, current product ranges and local marketing

Team leadership

- Recruit, train, coach and roster a small team

- Build a positive, customer-focused team culture

- Lead by example on the shop floor

Online orders

- Prepare, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time

- Handle online customer enquiries and delivery or return issues

Visual merchandising & stock

- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

- Manage stock levels, deliveries, stocktakes and replenishment through our POS system





- Monitor best sellers and out-of-stocks, and recommend new products

Reporting & administration

- Manage cash handling and opening and closing procedures

- Compile and share weekly reports on sales, customer insights and stock

- Provide feedback to help shape the store’s strategy and product range

What we’re looking for:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a retail management role (essential)

- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail (highly regarded)

- A genuine passion for K-beauty and skincare trends

- Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting products and explaining their benefits

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Confidence with POS systems, stock management and online order fulfilment

- A proactive, hands-on approach and ownership of results

- Availability to work weekends, late-night trading and peak periods
