We're looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of recruitment across our business.

Supporting our teams across Sydney, Regional NSW, Melbourne, Regional Victoria and the ACT, you'll play a key role in attracting excellent people, building strong candidate relationships and helping us create a workplace where people can grow, develop and do their best work.

This is an opportunity to step into a varied, hands-on role where you can make a genuine impact, work closely with leadership and operational teams, and help shape the future of our workforce.

What you'll be doing

You'll manage recruitment from start to finish, including:

- Working closely with managers to understand workforce needs and identify the right candidates.

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

- Managing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, CV screening and interviews.

- Building talent pipelines and proactively headhunting candidates.

- Coordinating graduate recruitment, internships and work experience programs.

- Creating engaging recruitment content and employer branding across LinkedIn and social media.

- Managing recruitment reporting, tracking vacancies and monitoring hiring outcomes.

- Coordinating onboarding and pre-employment requirements for new starters.

- Supporting employee engagement, feedback and retention initiatives.





- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships and making things happen.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar HR role.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.

- Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of your work.

- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of recruitment reporting.

- A genuine interest in people, workplace culture and employee experience.

Experience with Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office will be highly regarded.
