About the Role
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Product Coordinator with strong product coordination skills, an eye for presentation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, product presentation and production coordination with hands-on team support and training.
Approximately 90% of this role is floor-based within a warehouse workplace, including cool-room conditions. You will work closely with production staff, monitor daily operations and help ensure products meet quality, consistency and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product presentation, design and colour combinations.
- Monitor daily production activities to maintain quality and consistency.
- Train, guide and support production staff on the floor.
- Make decisions on the spot and respond to changing production requirements.
- Assist in coordinating merchandising activities, product range presentations and special events.
- Support product training initiatives and the introduction of new products.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Prepare presentations and complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work hands-on alongside the team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous product coordination experience or experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a production, FMCG, wholesale, retail or horticulture environment will be highly regarded.
- A strong creative eye for colour, design and product presentation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work under pressure, problem-solve and make confident decisions.
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to train and support team members.
- The ability to work comfortably in a warehouse and cold-room environment.
- Sound computer skills
- Fluent English communication skills.
Experience in merchandising, visual displays or product presentation will be highly regarded but is not essential.
