Grow Your Branding Career with The Selfie Hub
Opportunities across Melbourne and Victoria
Studied marketing, communications or branding? Ready to put your ideas in front of real clients and grow with an expanding business?
The Selfie Hub combines photography, video, technology and guest engagement at weddings, parties, corporate events and brand activations. Think photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, video messages, AI transformations and fully customised branded experiences.
We’ve brought the Hub to The Ritz-Carlton, W Melbourne and The Langham. Now we’re growing across Victoria, with national expansion planned for 2027.
Our vision—and where you could fit
Our vision is to build a national network of Selfie Hubs that helps venues and brands create memorable experiences, connect with their audiences and generate ongoing value.
Our goals are to grow lasting venue partnerships, develop creative branded experiences and make interactive guest engagement accessible to businesses across Australia.
As the company expands, we intend to create permanent marketing opportunities across brand development, content, campaigns, partnerships and client engagement. We want to build relationships now with people who could grow into those roles.
The opportunities advertised here are flexible partner and assignment arrangements. Future permanent positions will depend on business growth, requirements and individual suitability; they are not guaranteed.
If you’re excited by the chance to contribute early, learn the business and demonstrate what you can bring, we’d love to hear from you.
Two ways to get involved
Apply for the opportunity that suits you or express interest in both.
Venue Demonstrator and Account Manager
Bring brands to life. Build relationships. Develop ongoing income.
This could suit a marketing, communications, business or design graduate who enjoys meeting people and explaining ideas.
You’ll help venue owners, events teams and marketing managers picture how the Hub could work for their business—from personalised guest experiences and shareable branded content to competitions, consented data capture and campaign calls to action.
We generate warm and hot leads, qualify interest and arrange demonstrations around your agreed availability.
You take a Hub to the venue, set it up and guide the team through the experience. Ask questions, understand their goals and connect the features to what matters to them.
When a venue comes onboard, you train its staff and remain its friendly local point of contact.
What you can develop
• Client presentation and product demonstration skills.
• An understanding of branding across physical and digital experiences.
• Experience discussing customer engagement and marketing campaigns.
• Relationship building, follow-up and account management skills.
• Connections across hospitality, events and business.
What’s in it for you?
• $1,000 for each qualifying venue placement after six paid weeks.
• $150 monthly trailing commission per venue account you manage while its Hub remains installed, with no minimum booking or usage requirement.
• 30% commission on qualifying event bookings through your personal referral code.
• Opportunities for separately paid delivery, setup and suitable content work.
• Hub training, approved materials and central support.
Five qualifying placements could mean $5,000 in success payments plus $750 a month ongoing, before additional paid assignments. This is an illustration, not guaranteed earnings.
One relationship could open several doors, particularly with businesses that operate multiple venues.
You’ll need to prepare properly, communicate clearly, follow up and honour the appointments you accept. Your own reliable car and the ability to safely handle the Hub are essential.
We handle booking administration, customer payments, customisation and central technical support.
This is a versatile, commission-based partner opportunity. Initial demonstrations are not separately paid, and earnings depend on qualifying results and agreed partner terms. It does not provide a salary or guaranteed hours.
Event Delivery and Creative Crew
Create the content. Deliver the experience.

Choose delivery, creative work or both.
Delivery, setup and collection
Collect a Hub, transport it to the venue, meet the event contact and get everything ready. Return at the agreed time to pack down and bring it back.
Setup and pack-down each take around five minutes once trained. Allow additional time for travel, loading, venue access and checks. You don’t need to stay throughout the event.
This suits someone who enjoys independence, solves problems calmly and takes pride in getting things done.
Photography, video and branded content
Capture the laughter, reactions and spontaneous moments around the Hub through photos and short videos.
Understand the brief,
recognise the brand and create content that helps tell its story.
You’ll enjoy approaching guests, helping them relax and spotting moments worth sharing. The coverage period, deliverables and turnaround are agreed for each assignment.
Your eye, initiative and examples of work matter more than formal qualifications. University projects, personal projects and content you’ve created for clubs or small businesses are welcome—tell us what you contributed.
Creative applicants can be assessed separately from equipment delivery. Your own reliable car is essential for travelling to assignments.
What’s in it for you?
• Flexible paid assignments around your other commitments.
• Practical experience creating content to a client brief.
• Different events, venues and people.
• Hub training, clear briefs and support.
• Opportunities to develop your portfolio, confidence and industry connections, subject to client permission.
• Payment and responsibilities agreed before you accept each assignment.
Delivery applicants also need a current driver’s licence and the ability to safely load, unload and move the Hub’s wheeled case, weighing approximately 30 kg.
Evening, weekend and late-night availability is valuable. Collection and return arrangements are confirmed for each assignment. A criminal history check may be required.
The people we want to grow with
Be curious. Ask good questions. Be friendly. Communicate clearly. Turn up when you say you will. Notice what needs doing and follow through.
You don’t need years of agency experience. We’re interested in people who care about brands, enjoy working with clients and want to take ownership as the business develops.
You don’t need to cover all of Victoria. Tell us the areas you can reliably service.
