PwC Australia is seeking a transactional banking and finance lawyer to provide commercially focused advice on complex financing transactions across project, asset, corporate and real estate finance. You will draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, and collaborate with PwC teams globally.
You will advise clients with solid technical knowledge and practical judgement, while mentoring junior lawyers and building trusted client relationships within a multidisciplinary PwC workplace.
