Mars is seeking a CVS Lead to anchor commissioning, qualification and start‐up activities for major capital investments at the Asquith site. You will partner with regional and site engineers to drive on‐time, on‐budget handover of recent assets to high safety and quality standards.
You will manage cross‐functional teams across Engineering, Operations, QFS, R&D; and HSE, coaching SMEs and delivering hands‐on training to operators to achieve operational readiness and robust handover criteria.
