Baked in Berrima in Recent South Wales is seeking an experienced Baker to join their team. This role focuses on producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while upholding strict standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.
You will mix, knead, ferment and bake, monitor dough quality, operate commercial bakery equipment safely and collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. Previous experience in a high-volume bakery is preferred.
