Northern Beaches Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 (NUM2) – Staffing to lead the Nursing Staffing Office and casual nursing workforce.

As NUM2 Staffing, you will provide leadership and oversight of the hospital’s casual nursing workforce and staffing operations, collaborating with Nursing and Midwifery Unit Managers, Nurse Managers, the NSLHD Casual Pool Nurse Manager and nursing agencies to optimise workforce utilization.
