TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit a Sales Administrator for an immediate start temporary, part time opportunity based in Mulgrave.
Working within a busy customer-focused team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer requirements, processing orders through the CRM system and liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless service. This role would suit a confident communicator who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and interactions predominantly over the phone
- Place and process customer orders through the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Territory Managers and delivery drivers
- Manage customer and internal email correspondence
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information and orders
What We're Looking For
- Previous contact centre, customer service, sales administration or similar experience highly regarded
- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good administration and computer skills
