Grain & Bake is seeking an experienced Oven Team Leader to own the oven line on the Afternoon Shift 2:06pm – 10:00pm, Melbourne VIC. This hands-on leadership role covers end-to-end production, quality and food safety, and waste reduction.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will lead a shift of oven operators, drive adherence to the schedule, maintain rigorous QA standards, and continuously improve yield. This is a full time role with a focus on safety and performance.
