Job Summary: In this role, you will manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities. You will oversee the construction process, review plans and specifications for costs and constructability, manage corporate processes and procedures, and lead proposal preparation. Your recommendations for studies, lessons learned, project assessments, and current methods will optimize completion of project construction activities.

- Leadership / Supervision
- Engage proactively with field engineers development through competency development/assessment and feedback.
- Monitor that processes and procedures are fully developed and implemented.

- Planning / Productivity

- Coordinate activities with other disciplines or areas and technical representatives, as instructed by construction and project management to ensure program delivery priorities are maintained.
- Review all contractor submittials including construction schedules, costs, reports, and changes.
- Prepare and present reports and forecasts, including summaries of construction progress and expenditure forecasts.
- Liaise, support and assist internal stakeholders regarding onsite project related activities and logistics.

- Safety & Quality

- Monitor that project teams are implementing and enforcing policies,
