The Captains Balcony is hiring a Chef to join our Sydney team. You will oversee and direct the preparation and production of meals within a fast-paced kitchen, contribute to new menus, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Role requires evening/weekend availability with flexible rosters. Salary is dependent on experience, from AUD 75,000–88,000 plus superannuation. Equal opportunity employer. This is a full time, permanent role in our kitchen in Sydney.
