Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre. You will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations and deliver exceptional cuisine for large-scale events, dozens of conferences and galas.

You'll mentor junior chefs, create innovative menus for banquets up to 1,400 guests, manage food costs and inventory, and uphold hygiene standards in a rapid-paced environment on the Sunshine Coast.
